It says there is a fan saying to Oda that he has a father who extremely loves Whitebeard . When he ( the fan's dad ) comes back home in getting drunk fettle every night, being scolded by his wife, he often says " Do you think of drinking something I desire is not good for health gurararara ??" but the following morning, his wife forces him to genuflect and bow as a punishment . The fan ask whether there is the way to make his father cooler or not ? And then, Oda gives the fan an answer that he (the fan ) need to talk with his mother who should become Whitebeard as well and say " the crazy husband, but I still love" ( just like the speech of Whitebeard when being betrayed by Squad ) ,later, talk to him about forgiving his father .
