Speed Centaurs are normally depicted as muscly man, but Oda wanted to make one a big sister type sexy woman. He thinks drawing her horse feet is disgusting, so he tries to not show speed's feet, to make her seem more beautiful, yet her laugh is terrible!! That is the gap moe he wanted to create.
